Variant IQ™ – Family Insight Program
We use numerous methods and techniques to gather information about variants of uncertain significance (VUS). One of these tools is the Family Insight Program, which allows for segregation analysis, or determining whether the VUS is tracking with the disease in the family.
If you have questions about which test is most appropriate for your patient or how to interpret your patient’s test results, our genetic counseling team is here to help.
We are available Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM EST by calling 1.866.GENE.INFO (1.866.436.3463).
Quest is also dedicated to connecting your patients with a genetic counselor when needed. To refer your patient to a genetic counselor, please visit the National Society of Genetic Counselors website or you may call us at 1.866.GENE.INFO (1.866.436.3463) and we will help you locate a genetic counselor in your area.
